Our development team are constantly working with colleagues in materials supply and manufacturing technology to ensure we are always at the forefront of our industry. Unique processes we have perfected include twin-shot and twin-layer moulding, as well as moulding foam and specialist materials. This means we are well placed to produce technically superior, cost effective and innovative solutions for our clients.
With a large range of machines of varying size and process speed, products can be manufactured from 100mm to 2500mm in diameter. Our in-house finishing and assembly departments help to ensure products are produced to specification every time.
Upon project inception, our development team will work closely with the customer's project team to create a compelling product solution.
